More than Shopping
the Future is Experience

ABOUT THE EVENT

The APCC - Portuguese Council of Shopping Centers promotes the APCC SUMMIT under the slogan NextGen Retail Ecosystem. The event explores the organised retail ecosystem's challenges, trends and opportunities, focusing on the customer experience, evolution of consumer behaviour, omnichannel strategies, phygital, artificial intelligence and sustainability. We believe that the future lies in creating integrated and engaging people-centred experiences. The APCC SUMMIT is a landmark moment on the agenda of the organised retail sector in Portugal, bringing together managers, owners, investors, retailers, suppliers and all those who are part of this multifaceted and dynamic ecosystem in a privileged moment of sharing and networking. Together, we will be able to create more sustainable, immersive, inclusive and diverse ecosystems, in the communities we serve and integrate.
